Are you a highly sensitive leader?
Can you read a room and understand nonverbal communication when others seem tone-deaf to emotions and energies?
Do you make quick mental connections that others don’t follow, or see several steps ahead and understand why a proposed plan won’t work?
Do your empathy and strong sense of justice put you at odds with decisions you’re expected to support, implement or enforce?
Highly sensitive high achievers often feel like they’re at a disadvantage in the workplace—when in fact they have a set of leadership superpowers at their disposal.
What if…
You felt confident about your decisions instead of constantly second-guessing yourself?
You communicated effectively—clearly, concisely and comfortably—with all your stakeholders instead of talking too much or worrying about what to say and not speaking up at all?
You woke up energized and inspired about the day ahead instead of wanting to burrow under the covers and call in sick—or quit?
What might change for you?
My clients are smart, talented executives and leaders.
They’re accomplished. They take care of everything and everyone else, and put themselves last. They’re good partners, good parents, good bosses.
But they want to be better than good. They want to get out of their own way. They want to dream bigger.
After working with me, my clients:
Make decisions and plans that are always aligned with their values and goals.
Create space in their schedules and lives for joy. Feed their souls. Take care of themselves so they can take care of others.
Lead with confidence, empathy and authenticity because they trust their intuition and gifts.
What do you want to achieve? How do you want to lead?
Ready to dream bigger—and bring those dreams to life?

About me
I spent 25+ years in corporate leadership roles in a range of industries and functions before getting trained and certified as a coach. I’d coached and advised executives for years in my other roles, as I was known for having a pulse on what was going on within the organization: not only could I read the room, but I understood what employees needed and wanted and how to make teams and organizations function more effectively.
I also struggled with my own challenges as an HSP in workplaces not designed for us: suffering from environmental sensitivities and overwhelm from too much noise or stimulation and no privacy; running (often literally) from meeting to meeting with no time to process, decompress, or prepare; working too many hours, taking on too much, and not taking regular breaks; disagreeing with decisions that were unjust or strategically unwise and not feeling heard; witnessing (or experiencing) bias or exclusion and feeling disempowered.
Now I have a dual mission: empowering highly sensitive women leaders to create the conditions they need to thrive, so they can cultivate psychologically safe, healthy and inclusive workplaces where everyone can flourish.
